Note: For physical prints, please print the child’s first name and parent’s phone number clearly on the back of the photo. This ensures the photo is matched correctly to your entry form if they become separated.

Take your photo, with your information in a jar, to 506 Nutrition 402 S. Huston Street, Altamont. Pictures will be displayed at 506 Nutrition and voting will also take place there. Winners will be announced on Friday, June 12.
